Already for a couple of years we offer our Italian and international guests a gluten-free menu without gluten.
WE ARE REGISTERED IN THE AIC (ITALIAN UNION REGISTERS FOR CELIAC DISEASE) RESTAURANT AND HOTEL GUIDE AND WE FOLLOW CUREFULLY THE TEACHING AND EXPLANING OF OUR STAFF.
In order to offer every year better service and quality, we have enlarged our buffet with many gluten-free products and special corners dedicated to celiac diseased people.
One of our cooks is specialized in the preparation of gluten-free meals.
Our kitchen offers home-made products or products from official shops for people suffering from celiac disease, such as bread, sweets, pasta, pizza, etc.
