Dear guest, we would like to inform you that in case of cancellation beyond the 15-day deadline we will apply these penalty conditions:

Up to 15 days before arrival no penalty (the day of arrival is not counted so please keep this small parameter in mind and cancel in time to avoid various problems).
From 14 to 10 days before, cancellation will result in a penalty of 50% of the total of your quote.
From 9 days until the same day of arrival (no-show) cancellation will result in a penalty of 100% of the total of your quote.

Early departures are not eligible for refunds

In case the booking is made last minute, i.e. after the 15 days provided for free cancellation, the penalty conditions remain those reported above.
Furthermore, in case of last-minute bookings, a credit card guarantee or a deposit may be requested.

We remind you that the balance of the stay will be requested only at check-in at the property by credit card/debit card, cash, or bank transfer already credited or instant.
