What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. If you arrive before that time you can already register and start enjoying all our services such as All Inclusive, parking, lunch and we will also check the possibility of delivering the room as soon as possible and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM
To avoid queues or waiting times we ask you to settle the bill on the day of arrival. It’s possible to request late check-out subject to availability directly at the reception at an additional cost.

What are the restaurant hours?

Breakfast 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Dinner 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

What does All Inclusive include?

The All Inclusive formula includes:

• Entertainment all day, every day
• Soft drinks from 10am to 12pm from dispenser

In case of need, there is a medical service available 24/7 and a pediatric clinic 500 meters from the hotel.

Is the pool also suitable for children?

The hotel pool is ideal for young and old, with a baby pool dedicated to them.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, €1.50 per day per person for a maximum of 6 nights. Children up to 18 years old are exempt.

Where can I park my car?

For your car there is parking 300 meters from the hotel (with supplement).

Do you accept pets?

Your 4-legged friends (small and medium/small size) are welcome at the hotel, excluding the restaurant, pool and beach areas.
They can stay at the hotel with a supplement of €60.00 per week for final cleaning.
